The same paparazzo has apparently been following Linds around since rehab in a “Prius with tinted windows.” Aww, it’s nice when scumbags care about the environment.he LAPD responded to what was described as a “very, very minor incident” around 12.45pm on Tuesday. LiLo spoke with the police before leaving to attend a(n AA?) meeting.

Though no charges were filed, the star of the classic I Know Who Killed Me plans to sic her lawyer on the photog and bid for a restraining order against him.

A source — *cough* Michael Lohan — claims that the paparazzo followed her when she was at the Betty Ford Center” and “follows her everywhere she goes, often speeding and running up to her when it stops at traffic lights. It’s dangerous and stalking.”
